I use a combination of functional health coaching and evidence-based mind-body practices. The program is an adaptation of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, specifically for women in midlife. MBSR is the most highly researched mindfulness-based program in the world.

Frequently Asked Questions
I’m already seeing a doctor and taking HRT. Why would I need this?
HRT replaces hormones. It doesn’t regulate your nervous system or teach you stress management skills. Many women on HRT still struggle with sleep, fatigue, anxiety or low mood, brain fog or memory loss because high cortisol undermines hormone therapy. This program complements medical treatment—it doesn’t replace it.
I’ve tried meditation apps. How is this different?
Apps are useful to support relaxation but they don’t train the mind the way this program does. This program is based on MBSR – the most highly researched mindfulness-based program, clinically proven to reduce anxiety and depression, and improve sleep, attention, concentration and memory. This is a structured, clinically-proven protocol with a certified teacher, live group support, and personalized guidance. This program is not “relaxation”—it’s nervous system training.
I don’t have time for another thing to add to my To-Do List
This feeling of overwhelm is a sign that you are in the Stress Response, and can truly benefit from resourcing yourself. Consider this: If now isn’t the right time for you, when will it be the right time? What needs to be happening in your life for you to finally prioritize your own needs? You’re already spending hours managing your symptoms, recovering from stress, and likely performing sub-optimally. This program consolidates that scattered effort into just over 2 hours/week of focused skill-building for 12 weeks—then you have the tools for life. Most women find they GAIN time and energy.
What if the cohort dates don’t work for my schedule?
Live attendance at most of the sessions is important for learning, accountability and group connection. If you miss a session, you get a recording to practice at home and the home practices. If the current cohort timing truly doesn’t work, join the waitlist for the next one.
What if I miss a coaching session?
You will be sent the important practice of the week with guidance to practice at home. We can also cover important material in your private coaching session if necessary. If you know that you will miss more than 4 sessions, you may wish to consider a future cohort. If you cannot attend the daylong retreat, you are welcome to join a future retreat instead.
How much time will this require?
The weekly sessions are 90-minutes in duration, and the recommendation is to set aside 10 to 20 minutes daily for home practice.
Do you have payment plans?
I want to make this program as accessible as possible, so yes I do have a payment plan where you can divide the investment into two payments with no interest. Please let me know if you require a discussion of a different payment plan, if this would make the program more accessible for you.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
This program requires active participation. If you engage with the practices with care and to the best of your ability, you WILL see results—that’s backed by decades of research on MBSR. You will receive plenty of group and individual support.
Is this covered by insurance?
Most extended health plans don’t cover group wellness programs. However, you may be able to use a health spending account or umbrella insurance coverage. Some companies offer professional development or wellness stipends that can be applied. Some extended health plans cover nutritional counselling through a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (please check the amount you are covered for and other requirements)
